First Dance Wedding Packages Please contact us if you would like to make your wedding day remain in your guests' memory by making your first dance one to remember. You can either be taught a dance that everyone will know (More that a Woman from Saturday Night Fever, etc) as this will show off your skills or you can make the dance very individual to your requirements (I Feel Good (I knew that I Should, Now), Do you Love Me etc.....) You tell us what you would like and we will choreograph a routine around your requirements. These classes can be taught in a location that suits you - just discuss your requirements with us and I'm sure we can give your day that extra special ingredient. Due to popular demand, we now have an adult Broadway Tap class on a Thursday evening in the Ballgreen Hall in Strathaven from 7pm until 8pm. We also have a Monday evening class in the Scout Hall, Crawfurd Road, Burnside. 8.30pm until 9.30pm. Learn routines from Chicago, Cabaret, 42nd Street - you even get your own sparkly top hat!!! This class is great fun and a more adventurous way of keeping fit! The Manhattan Mamas were a great hit in our Broadway Babes revue and were out of this world in Heroes and Villains in 2010....! Enrolling and first class: Monday 16th August 8.30pm in teh Scout Hall, Burnside Thursday 19th August 7.00pm in the Ballgreen Hall, Strathaven ***************************** Footloose Dance Company offer the following spectrum of classes for Salsa and Jazz Club Latino. If you haven't tried this style of dance before ... you are in for a treat! You can come along to the class with or without a partner - all you really need is an adventurous spirit! If you have 2 left feet - bring them with you! Clothing wise - wear whatever you are comfortable in. The same goes for footwear. Our class times are as follows: Jazz Club Latino A fusion of Salsa, Mambo and Merengue with a sprinkling of shimmies and spins! This exciting new dance style is great fun and is always performed as a solo and can be taken to many levels dependant upon the ability of the dancer. £4.50 per session Salsa Beginner Course This class comprises Salsa and Merengue and is an excellent springboard into the world of Latin dance. You’ll be amazed how quickly you pick up all the steps! £25 for the 6 week course - a wee bargain!
